Important message for our loyal customers
The loyalty program only applies to reservations in our holiday parks, not in the campsites or foreign destinations.
Why this adjustment?
After a thorough analysis of the program, we decided to modernise and automate the system from now on in order to reduce manual labor and optimise efficiency. This will have a positive impact for Floreal as well as for our loyal customers. After feedback from our customers and an analysis of the previous loyalty program, it appears that we can further fine-tune the conditions and method of the program by rethinking our approach.
What has changed exactly?
First and foremost, from now on we will work on the basis of a bonus points system. You will be able to exchange these points for a discount, valid on your next stay. The big difference with the current system is that you will no longer receive a check and no physical loyalty card, but you can save for a future stay. Another advantage of the new system is that there are no more restrictions and you no longer have to keep or send invoices. The computer system calculates everything automatically based on your invoice as soon as you are included in our loyalty program.
How to register for the new loyalty program?
Customers who already have a customer card are automatically included in the new system and do not need to take any action themselves. Customers who have not yet had a customer card and who wish to register for the renewed loyalty program, must request this via our website, by e-mail, by post or at the reception of our holiday domains. So you are not automatically included in the loyalty program when you book a holiday.
How does the points system work?
The points system works on the basis of turnover, because this is the fairest way. The higher the amount on your invoice, the more points you save and the more discount you will receive for your next stay. The number of points is awarded on the total amount of the invoice. This allocation takes place at check-out and the number of points saved will be shown on your final invoice, so that you always know how many points you have saved. Your saved points will then be converted into a discount on your next stay. Please note, when booking a stay, you must always indicate that you have loyalty points and that you wish to exchange them for a discount. The discount is therefore not automatically granted on your next stay. You decide whether you want to use your points immediately or continue to save. The points saved remain valid for a period of 2 years from the first invoice. After this period, you will unfortunately no longer be able to redeem the saved points.
