After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique code and payment details. Once the full amount has been received, we will send the gift vouchers to you as quickly as possible.
Please note: It is not possible to request an invoice for this purchase.
Validity & Terms of Use for the Floreal Gift Voucher
- The gift voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The voucher can be used for accommodation and meals at all our holiday parks and campsites (except Camperpark Blankenberge).

🛒 How do I use my gift voucher?
Currently, gift vouchers cannot be used online. The recipient first chooses a destination and then contacts the desired hotel or campsite via email or phone. Contact details can be found at the bottom of each destination page on our website.
Be sure to clearly mention that you have a gift voucher; it can then be redeemed on-site upon arrival.
🔄 Can I use the gift voucher in multiple parts?
Yes, the gift voucher can be used in multiple installments. If any balance remains, you will receive a new voucher for the remaining amount.
⏳ How quickly will I receive my gift voucher?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique code and payment details. Once we have received the full amount, we will send your gift vouchers as quickly as possible.
- For online orders: you receive the gift voucher within 2 business days.
- For postal delivery: it takes 4 business days. Vouchers are sent via priority mail.
Please note: during busy periods, such as holidays and Valentine’s Day, delivery may take slightly longer.
