Le Hameau de la Semois welcomes your meetings, seminars, training sessions and corporate events in a natural, easily accessible setting. Our fully equipped, modular rooms adapt to any format, from small gatherings to large groups. On site: meeting spaces, catering, lodge accommodation, team-building activities and personalised support.

 

Accommodation and comfort

For a complete stay, we offer eco-lodges — ideal for corporate retreats, club weekends or incentive trips. The eco-lodges feature comfortable bedrooms, a private bathroom, a kitchenette, a living area and a terrace with views over nature.

Catering

Our team offers tailor-made catering, from a refined three-course menu to convivial tapas-style formulas, as well as buffets for large groups. Walking dinners and receptions are also available, always with a focus on quality and local produce.

The Pavilion: River and Forest 

Thanks to its modular spaces — River and Forest — the Pavilion can be configured in several ways, and by opening the double doors, the entire Pavilion can accommodate larger-capacity events: seminars, conferences, dinners, cocktail receptions or private parties.

The Pavilion's rooms are located on the banks of the Semois. In fine weather, coffee breaks, welcome receptions, aperitifs or informal moments can also be held outside the building, enhancing the natural experience and the appeal of the venue, for both seminars and private celebrations.

Brasserie Halliru 

Brasserie Halliru can also be privatised for your events, with a capacity of around 100 to 120 people banquet-style and 140 to 160 people cocktail-style — a warm and convivial alternative, ideal for corporate meals, private parties, receptions or local events.

Please note: to guarantee the quality of hospitality, the consistency of the experience and the smooth running of your event, our spaces are offered exclusively with our Halliru catering service. We do not offer bare venue hire.

No. The rooms at Le Hameau de la Semois are offered exclusively with our Halliru catering service. We do not offer bare venue hire, nor the option of using an external caterer.

🎉 Does Le Hameau de la Semois also host private events?

Yes. In addition to seminars and corporate events, we welcome weddings, birthdays, communions, family gatherings and other private celebrations.

👥 What is the maximum capacity of the rooms?

Our seminar rooms accommodate 20 to 120 people and can be combined into a single 200 m² space. Brasserie Halliru, when privatised, can accommodate up to 160 people cocktail-style.
