Payment Terms and Pricing
Changes to VAT and Government Charges
All prices listed are expressed in euros and calculated based on the VAT rates and government charges in force at the time of reservation (such as tourist tax or similar levies). If, between the date of reservation and the date of stay and/or invoicing, the applicable VAT rate and/or any (new or amended) government charge changes, the total price will be automatically adjusted accordingly. Such an adjustment does not entitle the customer to free cancellation and/or any compensation.
Prices and Payment Terms
All prices listed are expressed in euros and calculated based on the VAT rates and government charges applicable at the time of reservation.
Standard Payment Schedule
Unless expressly stated otherwise, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required at the time of reservation, payable within 14 days after confirmation of the reservation. The remaining 70% must be paid no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
Deviation for Online Bookings
For reservations made via the website or the online booking system, the above payment schedule may be deviated from, and the full amount (100%) may be payable immediately at the time of reservation, as clearly indicated during the online booking process.
Temporary Deviation – Online Bookings
By way of exception to both the standard payment schedule and the above-mentioned online payment arrangement the full amount (100%) of the reservation is payable immediately at the time of booking.
This temporary deviation is introduced to enable administrative simplification in the context of an announced change in the VAT rate and with the aim of allowing the customer, insofar as legally possible, to have the reservation invoiced at the VAT rate applicable at that time.
This temporary arrangement applies exclusively to new online bookings made during the aforementioned period and automatically expires after June 30, 2026, after which the standard payment terms will once again apply.
HOLIDAY PARKS (HOTELS, STUDIOS, AND APARTMENTS)
The following accommodation terms apply to the holiday parks offering hotel, studio, and apartment stays.
1. DEFINITIONS
- Guest: the natural person who makes or confirms the reservation, or who uses the accommodation.
- Reservation: the process by which the guest books a stay with Floreal Holidays.
- Domain: the Floreal Holidays holiday village where the stay takes place.
- Deposit: part of the total amount to be paid in advance.
- Balance: the remaining part of the total stay amount.
2. RESERVATION & CONFIRMATION
Reservations can be made via the online system at www.florealholidays.be, by email, or by phone.
A reservation becomes final upon confirmation by the domain or by the reservation system after payment.
Deposit and Balance:
- A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required, to be paid within 7 days for reservations made by email or phone. Without payment, the request may be cancelled.
- The balance is due 2 months before arrival and must be paid no later than 30 days before the stay.
For online reservations:
- Deposit of 30% payable immediately
- Balance payable 30 days before arrival
Direct booking via the website: lowest rate.
By email or phone: administration fee of €10.
Late reservations (less than 3 days before arrival): only confirmed upon presentation of proof of payment by email.
3. ACCOMMODATION
A. HOTEL OPTION
- Subject to availability of the accommodation.
- Check-in: from 14:00
- Check-out: before 10:00
- Early check-in/late check-out: on request, subject to availability and extra charge.
- Meal plans: depending on accommodation: full board (breakfast, lunch, dinner), half board (breakfast, dinner), or breakfast only.

- Bed linen provided on arrival
- Daily room cleaning
- Linen change every 7 days
- Towels replaced daily if left on the floor
- Extra towels/linen at applicable rates
B. STUDIOS AND APARTMENTS
- Assignment based on availability and family/group composition.

Standard capacity:
- Studio: 1–3 persons
- 1-bedroom apartment: 4–5 persons
- 2-bedroom apartment: 6 persons
- Floreal Nieuwpoort: Studio: 1–2, 1-bedroom: 3–4, 2-bedroom: 5–6
- Check-in: from 16:00
- Check-out: before 10:00
- Early/late check-in/out: on request, subject to availability and extra charge

- Beds not made on arrival; can be made on request for a fee
- Weekly cleaning (except Floreal Nieuwpoort)
- Linen change every 7 days
- Towels replaced once mid-week for 1-week stays
- Additional beds (child/baby) on request, subject to availability, extra charge
- Missing inventory must be reported on arrival
4. PRICE
- Rental price varies by accommodation and period (see website).
- Prices include VAT.
- Extra services (special meals, drinks, phone, etc.) not included.
- Meals optional, available on request.
5. CANCELLATION
- All cancellations must be made in writing.
- Cancellation is allowed in the following cases (excluding administration fees):
- Medical reasons (with certificate)
- Death of a family member up to 2nd degree
- Early departure: full stay charged.
- Cancellation fees:

6. SECURITY DEPOSIT (STUDIOS AND APARTMENTS)
- €100 deposit on arrival, only by debit/credit card.
- Guest must take care of the accommodation and inventory and leave it in the same condition.
- If damages exceed the deposit, extra charges may apply.
- Any deduction or additional billing will be justified (photos, invoices, reports).
- Accommodation is non-smoking; if smoking occurs, a €250 cleaning fee applies.
7. HOUSE RULES
- Guest responsible for cleaning and inventory.
- Final cleaning charged separately.
- Dishes must be clean; linen in hallway; trash emptied.
- Damages charged.
- Pets not allowed (except certified guide dogs).
- Accessibility: most domains accessible for reduced mobility.
- Floreal Nieuwpoort: not wheelchair accessible (stairs present).
- Maximum capacity must not be exceeded.
- Moving furniture without permission prohibited.
- Excessive dirtiness incurs extra charges.
- Floreal Holidays not liable for accidents, loss, or theft.
- This regulation replaces all previous versions.
8. DEPARTURE CONDITIONS
- Standard check-out: before 10:00
- Late check-out: surcharge depending on availability
- After 13:00: extra night may be charged
- Immediate departure may be requested if it affects cleaning schedule
- Surcharges payable at end of stay
9. APPLICABLE LAW
- Belgian law applies.
- Disputes under jurisdiction of the court where the domain is located.
10. MEMBER DISCOUNTS
- ABVV Members: BBTK, Metal, ACOD, BTB, Food-Hospitality: 10%
- General Central (construction, chemistry) & Textile-Clothing-Diamond: 25%
- Conditions:
- Only valid for direct bookings
- Not cumulative unless expressly stated
- Membership proof required at arrival
- Applies only to accommodation
- Discount codes must be entered during reservation
PROTECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA
By using our service, you leave certain data with us. This may include personal data. We store and use only the personal data that is directly provided by you in connection with the service you request, or which is clearly provided to us for processing.
We use the following data for the purposes mentioned in this privacy statement: first and last name, phone number, address, email address, payment information, gender, date of birth.
Floreal Group considers careful handling of personal data very important. Therefore, personal data is processed and secured carefully.
In our processing, we comply with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act. This means, among other things, that we:
- clearly state the purposes for which we process personal data. We do this via our privacy statement;
- limit our collection of personal data to only those personal data necessary for legitimate purposes;
- first request your explicit consent to process your personal data in cases where your consent is required;
- take appropriate security measures to protect your personal data and require the same from parties who process personal data on our behalf;
- respect your right to access, correct, or delete your personal data upon your request.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS – CAMPSITES
1. RESERVATION
- Pitches are allocated based on availability.
- Booking a pitch: via the website or email.
- Rental of accommodations: via www.florealholidays.be.
- Reservation is confirmed only after written confirmation.
- Payment must be made 30 days before arrival. Without payment: cancellation. Online: immediate payment.
- Reservation < 3 weeks before arrival: payment upon arrival (or immediate online).
- Online booking via the official website = cheapest rate.
- Booking by phone/email = €10 administration fee.
2. CANCELLATION (CAMPSITES)
- Cancellations must be made in writing.
- Valid reasons:
- Medical reasons (certificate)
- Death of a family member up to the 2nd degree
- Early departure: remaining nights payable.
- Cancellation fees:

3. INFORMATION
- If no confirmation is received: availability at the reception.
- Payment possible upon arrival. Cheques not accepted.
- Payment: Bancontact, Visa, Maestro, Mastercard.

- Pitches: arrival 15:00–17:00 / departure before 12:00
- Rental accommodations: arrival from 15:00 / departure before 10:00
- Rates for family members living at the same address.
- Prices vary depending on the period. VAT included.
- Prices may be revised based on government decisions.
4. DEPARTURE CONDITIONS (CAMPSITES)
- Check-out before 10:00.
- Late check-out: surcharge applies.
- After 14:00: extra night may be charged.
- Immediate departure possible in case of organizational disruption.
5. GENERAL
- Pets allowed; dogs must be on a leash.
- Campsites accessible for disabled persons.
6. SPECIAL NOTES
- Flemish campsites: regulations of Tourism Flanders.
- Walloon campsites: regulations of Tourism Wallonia.
7. MEMBER DISCOUNTS
- ABVV Members: BBTK, Metal, ACOD, BTB, Food-Hospitality: 10%
- General Central (construction, chemistry) & Textile-Clothing-Diamond: 25%
- Conditions:

MOTORHOME PITCHES
- Booking possible on-site via terminal or via the online system.
- Reservation confirmed after payment and confirmation via terminal or online system.
- Fully automated pitch; internal regulations available on the website and in the sanitary building.
- Cancellations via online form on the camper park page.
