The Ardennes town of La Roche-en-Ardenne is famous for its fabulous cycle races. For almost 20 years now, you can enjoy the Vélomédiane Claudy Criquelion: an annual cyclosportive race with 170 km of course, more than 20 climbs and some 3,300 m of difference in altitude. This race starts in our holiday domain of La Roche-en-Ardenne, to the great pleasure of our residents!

Our holiday domain in Mont-Saint-Aubert is constantly occupied by teams of professional and semi-professional cyclists. Why is that? The reason is simple. The city and its region are ideal for a complete and intensive training. Professional cyclists prepare for big races on the many false flats, the steep climbs of the mountains, etc. In these periods of intense sports preparation, our meeting rooms are transformed into massage and treatment rooms, and our classic menus are set aside in favour of protein menus adapted to cycling activity.

Our holiday resorts in Blankenberge and Nieuwpoort are also great places for cycling enthusiasts. For example, follow the Genteleroute in Blankenberge: a signposted cycle route through the inland polders and past ancient villages. The many cycle paths and country roads offer a varied view of the beautiful dunes, the rural roads of the flat country and the picturesque villages of the Belgian coast. A historic cycle path called De Frontzate also allows you to reach Nieuwpoort in Diksmuide while enjoying the nature and the historical evidence of the Great War.
