Our welcoming brasserie in Bouillon is open to both guests of the domain and external visitors for lunch, dinner, and relaxed dining moments. Our chef works with fresh local ingredients, inspired by the seasons and the Ardennes terroir. On the menu you will find Rochehaut cheeses, fine charcuterie, Semois Gin, and seasonal dishes. At Brasserie Halliru, you taste the authentic flavors of the Ardennes in a warm and relaxed atmosphere. Thanks to our close collaboration with local producers, authenticity and quality are always at the core.

The brasserie is open to everyone, even if you are not staying on site.

Breakfast & takeaway at Brasserie Halliru

Start your day peacefully with a takeaway breakfast delivered to your ecolodge (reservation required). Most dishes from the brasserie can also be pre-ordered and picked up at reception.

Perfect for a relaxed morning or evening in your lodge, family meals, or flexible dining during your stay. BBQ kits and soon gourmet packages are also available.

Prefer to prepare everything yourself? In our shop, you will find a selection of local products for breakfast, lunch, or dinner – perfect to enjoy on your terrace or by the water.

Our Ardennes ecolodges are fully equipped with a practical kitchenette, including a Nespresso machine, microwave, dishwasher, kitchenware, and refrigerator, ensuring maximum comfort during your stay.

Important! The Cocoon de la Semois do not include a kitchenette, only a Nespresso coffee machine.
